ROUNDHOUSE
Somalinimo X Dear Ayeeyo is a rolling installation and exhibition curated by poet Amina Jama which launched at the Roundhouse, Camden in August 2019, then later toured to Freeword Centre and Black Cultural Archives. The installation was a replica of a traditional Somali living, paying homage to home, Black Britishness, migration and displacement. The exhibition consisted of images taken in Greater Somalia by award winning Somali/Canadian photographer Yasin Osman.
